It’s true! Guest can care less about our certificates. They pay attention to our solar-powered pool and our locally sources products. I work at the reception and not 1 guest has asked me about our certificated. But 99% of them want me to put them in touch with our farmers and producers so they can buy the product they enjoyed at our hotel for breakfast.
